Move video up on the README.md page (#563)

To help new users get started, how about moving the video link ("Effective Neovim: Instant IDE ") right after "Post Installation"?

This way new users, can install it, and right away proceed to learn how to use it.

* Why is the kickstart `init.lua` a single file? Wouldn't it make sense to split it into multiple files?
