* Fix HW dithered partial refreshes sometimes behaving as if the refreshed
content had moved a few pixels to the side...
Probably a kernel issue with the alignment fixup in the EPDC?
* Get rid of the legacy coordinates fixup
It shouldn't be necessary anymore.
And I'd rather fix the root cause, anyway.
* Bump base
(https://github.com/koreader/koreader-base/pull/1116)
* Missed a few DIVs in #6224
Thanks to <https://github.com/koreader/koreader/pull/5237> we can now extract the knowledge currently embedded in Transifex and put it directly in our source. This positively affects <https://github.com/koreader/koreader/issues/3754>.
Translation instructions and knowledge that comes out of localization-related questions should be preserved in the source, because Transifex is too ephemeral. For example, the links from <https://github.com/koreader/koreader/pull/2290> are no longer accessible. Even when they are, it's quite useful to have this information around while dealing with the code as well, and I also hope it'll be informative to contributors who seldom visit Transifex.
This commit also makes a few minor changes to obviate the need for comments where possible.
Update translator.lua to use a still working google translate API.
Add a method to show translations (main and alternates) in
a TextViewer.
Re-enable "Translate" button in text selection/highlight buttons
dialog.
Target language can be set with a manually added setting:
translator_target_language = "fr"
and will fallback to the UI language.
The VFAT file system of `/mnt/us` is case insensitive so that
require("json") from Spore which intends to load luajson module in
rock directory actually will load `frontend/JSON.lua`, the two JSON
parser libraries have slightly different APIs.
This patch remove the pure Lua JSON library in favor of `luajson` which
uses LPeg pattern marching backend for better performance.
Since wikipedia server is language specific we should first detect
language of the text by querying Google Translate. Make sure you have
access to both Google Translate and Wikipedia service to use this
function.
