Koreader has File manager with different book views:

• List of files (other file formats are also supported, like images, etc.), i.e. classic view
• Book covers view, i.e. mosaic view
• Detailed view

KOReader starts in CoverBrowser (i.e. mosaic) view by default. If you want to change to a different view, choose the file browser menu (top left) → Display mode → Classic/Mosaic/Detailed. More info can be found here.

Tips and tricks

Press and hold on item to open menu with advanced options. Just pressing opens book in viewer.
