Press and hold function

If you press and hold some setting it becomes default one.
Also, in settings and menus you also can press and hold setting name, etc to get additional info, help, current and default values, etc (depending on setting).

If you press and hold on progress bar in footer, you open SkimTo widget instead GoTo widget, as described here.
