Changes to maddr.1

- Change 'one per line' to 'line by line', and move it up
- Change 'given' to 'specified'...
- ...and continue to use 'specified' in place of 'passed'
- Change 'Else' to 'Otherwise'
- Use 'addr-spec' instead of 'address', as per RFCs
- Reword explanation of 'resent-' headers
