-a = archive
-v = verbose
-r = recursive

# dont create parent folder (trailing slash)
rsync -avr ~/Public/sample/ /tmp/junko

# delete files from destination folder that
# does not exist anymore in source folder
rsync -avr --delete ~/Public/sample/ /tmp/junko

-m = delete empty folder
