ScreenSaver: Minor refactor to avoid code duplication and weird rotation shenanigans (#8943)
* Handle said rotation shenanigans inside ScreenSaver & ScreenSaverWidget, which allows a more targeted approach; and prevents said rotation from affecting other widgets. (Also, gets rid of duplicated code).
* Handle the corner-case or exiting early from a "keep on screen for n sec" screensaver better, by unscheduling the extra refresh, since an early tap took care of that already.

Autosuspend: add autostandby (#8815)
Allows the device to go into standby (if available in `/sys/power/state`) to save power.
Adds an entry in the device menu to tune the timeout for standby.

Only toggle nightmode via the grayscale fb info flag on Kindle (#8931)
* Only toggle nightmode via the grayscale fb info flag on Kindle

Most NTX boards require elaborate trickery (see fbdepth) to actually
send a vput ioctl without the driver screwing with the rotation behind
your back.

This was causing spurious hardware rotations on exit on most Kobo
devices, something which might have gone mostly unnoticed, as current
Nickel versions will sanitize it on startup.
A simple repro was instead to start an USBMS session, as that exits
KOReader and restarts it without going through fbdepth again ;).

Initial Kindle PW5 support (#8856)
* Rejig frontlight warmth API to more closely match the existing API, and, hopefully, clarify some of its quirks, and reduce boilerplate and duplicate code in platform implementations.
* Tweak Kindle:setDateTime to prefer using the platform's custom script, as in interacts better with the stock UI. And make the fallbacks handle old busybox versions better.
* Add Kindle PW5 support ;).
* Add warmth support to the Kindle platform.
* Random TextBoxWidget cleanups: make sure we immediately free destroyed instances.
* FrontLightWidget: Refactor to make it slightly less obnoxious to grok and update; i.e., separate layout from update, and properly separate brightness from warmth handling. Move to simpler widgets instead of reinventing the wheel.
* TextBoxWidgets: Implement `setText` to match TextWidget's API, as some callers may be using the two interchangeably (i.e., Button).
* NaturalLightWidget: Make sure we pass a string to InputText
* InputText: Add debug guards to catch bad callers not passing strings ;).

NiLuJe 0408816a54 ReaderFooter: Take the PowerCover into account in the battery level
widget

Since we only use a single icon, we have to take a few shortcuts:

* The icon itself is computed based on the average of both batteries.
* The actual value is the sum of both batteries.
* Much like everywhere else, charging means the *aux* battery charging
  (i.e., connected to a power source).

Re #8741, which does the same for ReaderHeader.

NiLuJe eb0c2bfc93 Kobo: Handle a few PowerCover quirks...
* The first few capacity reads after connecting to the cover may fail

Instead of blindly lighting up the charging LED on those,
check if the device is actually charging, first.

NiLuJe dc98384177 PowerD: Add a framework to report the status of auxiliary batteries
Implement it on the Kobo Sage, for the PowerCover

TouchMenu: Display auxiliary battery status

Kobo: More accurately report the PowerCover's charging status

i.e., try to actually figure out if the auxiliary battery is charging
instead of just checking the reader's battery (because that one will
often swap between the charging and discharging state as it drains the
aux battery...).

Pocketbook: Try to auto-detect HW feature caps more precisely (#6721)
The differences between Allwinner/MXC matter surprisingly little in practice, it's not even worth
it to bother the base mxc driver with it. Instead, frontend can make some informed choice by
probing for the hardware and tweaking requested device caps accordingly.

On Allwinner B288, we disable both hwrot (done in software in kernel and terribly, ie not worth it)
and hwinverse (no support whatsoever). On NXT we'll keep both on, as the kernel driver seems
to be using the hardware properly .

Clean up C blitbuffer kludges. (#6696)
CBB now handles nightmode correctly (by deferring to Lua), so we no longer
need to do monkey dances about disabling it when hw invert is missing.

canUseCBB cap is resolved by generic device re-configuring blitbuffer
on the go, so as to avoid repeating the same thing in every device driver.

The dev setting can now flip cbb on the go, so one can gloat at the near
meaningless perf difference - 2Mp draw is 15ms Lua / 10ms C on 1GHz Cortex A7.

Various Wi-Fi QoL improvements (#6424)
* Revamped most actions that require an internet connection to a new/fixed backend that allows forwarding the initial action and running it automatically once connected. (i.e., it'll allow you to set "Action when Wi-Fi is off" to "turn_on", and whatch stuff connect and do what you wanted automatically without having to re-click anywhere instead of showing you a Wi-Fi prompt and then not doing anything without any other feedback).
* Speaking of, fixed the "turn_on" beforeWifi action to, well, actually work. It's no longer marked as experimental.
* Consistently use "Wi-Fi" everywhere.
* On Kobo/Cervantes/Sony, implemented a "Kill Wi-Fi connection when inactive" system that will automatically disconnect from Wi-Fi after sustained *network* inactivity (i.e., you can keep reading, it'll eventually turn off on its own). This should be smart and flexible enough not to murder Wi-Fi while you need it, while still not keeping it uselessly on and murdering your battery.
(i.e., enable that + turn Wi-Fi on when off and enjoy never having to bother about Wi-Fi ever again).
* Made sending `NetworkConnected` / `NetworkDisconnected` events consistent (they were only being sent... sometimes, which made relying on 'em somewhat problematic).
* restoreWifiAsync is now only run when really needed (i.e., we no longer stomp on an existing working connection just for the hell of it).
* We no longer attempt to kill a bogus non-existent Wi-Fi connection when going to suspend, we only do it when it's actually needed.
* Every method of enabling Wi-Fi will now properly tear down Wi-Fi on failure, instead of leaving it in an undefined state.
* Fixed an issue in the fancy crash screen on Kobo/reMarkable that could sometime lead to the log excerpt being missing.
* Worked-around a number of sneaky issues related to low-level Wi-Fi/DHCP/DNS handling on Kobo (see the lengthy comments [below](https://github.com/koreader/koreader/pull/6424#issuecomment-663881059) for details). Fix #6421
Incidentally, this should also fix the inconsistencies experienced re: Wi-Fi behavior in Nickel when toggling between KOReader and Nickel (use NM/KFMon, and run a current FW for best results).
* For developers, this involves various cleanups around NetworkMgr and NetworkListener. Documentation is in-line, above the concerned functions.

Make Inverted Portrait a first-class citizen (#5783)
* Don't store stale screen/rotation modes in book's settings!

Gyro events *may* entirely bypass the local copy...
In any case, using a local copy was essentially asking for trouble...

Portrait wasn't stored properly).

* Allow showing ScreenSavers in Inverted Portrait.

That works just fine, and won't lead to the confusing situation where a
lefty might pick up the device as a righty because the ScreenSaver
happens to be shown that way, only to have it rotate back to its lefty
orientation on wakeup...

Blacklist the C BB on devices where it cannot be used (#4989)
Either at all, or because it would impose reduced functionality.

Meaning:
* On 4bpp fb, because those are completely unsupported by the C BB
* On 24bpp fb, because it has limited support for that target format (no alpha blending).
* On 8bpp Linux eInk fb with an inverted palette (that's basically only the K4 ;)).
* On Linux eInk devices w/ no HW inversion support, as that would render NightMode inoperable.

That last point means that it's currently *always* blacklisted on PocketBook, because I don't have a PB device, so I don't know how safe HW inversion would be, meaning none of them are marked as being HW invert capable.

NiLuJe 5495c5d108 [fix] Fix partial refresh when coming out of ScreenSaver in landscape (#4622)
When we rotate to show a screensaver, restore original rotation *before* closing the ScreenSaver window.

And ensure closing the ScreenSaver *always* triggers a full update, no
matter the settings.

NiLuJe 134998a323 [fix] Eliminate ghosting on eInk when showing an image ScreenSaver (#4591)
* Flash a white screen before showing a screensaver image, to prevent
ghosting.

* Really limit the white flash to full-screen images

* Limit that behavior to eInk screens

(Not that clear() is implemented anywhere else, but, still).

NiLuJe 011370882f [chore] Some Wi-Fi tweaks (#4564)
* On Kobo, kill WiFi on startup if we detect an inconsistent state...

Untested, not terribly pretty.

The other solution is to slow down the Wi-Fi meny by doing the same
check for the "Wi-Fi connection" checkbox as in the later wifi_status
one...

* Don't enable auto_restore_wifi by default

It's liable to silently murder batteries for no good reason, given that
we prompt to enable WiFi by default when needed, and we otherwise have
no actual need to keep WiFi on in the background.

re #2215 (in particular, this directly contradicts @houqp in
https://github.com/koreader/koreader/pull/2215#discussion_r74696133 ;)).

Enable HW dithering in a few key places (#4541)
* Enable HW dithering on supported devices (Clara HD, Forma; Oasis 2, PW4)
  * FileManager and co. (where appropriate, i.e., when covers are shown)
  * Book Status
  * Reader, where appropriate:
    * CRe: on pages whith image content (for over 7.5% of the screen area, should hopefully leave stuff like bullet points or small scene breaks alone).
    * Other engines: on user-request (in the gear tab of the bottom menu), via the new "Dithering" knob (will only appear on supported devices).
  * ScreenSaver
  * ImageViewer
* Minimize repaints when flash_ui is enabled (by, almost everywhere, only repainting the flashing element, and not the toplevel window which hosts it).
  (The first pass of this involved fixing a few Button instances whose show_parent was wrong, in particular, chevrons in the FM & TopMenu).
* Hunted down a few redundant repaints (unneeded setDirty("all") calls),
  either by switching the widget to nil when only a refresh was needed, and not a repaint,
  or by passing the appropritate widget to setDirty.
  (Note to self: Enable *verbose* debugging to catch broken setDirty calls via its post guard).
  There were also a few instances of 'em right behind a widget close.
* Don't repaint the underlying widget when initially showing TopMenu & ConfigDialog.
  We unfortunately do need to do it when switching tabs, because of their variable heights.
* On Kobo, disabled the extra and completely useless full refresh before suspend/reboot/poweroff, as well as on resume. No more double refreshes!
* Fix another debug guard in Kobo sysfs_light
* Switch ImageWidget & ImageViewer mostly to "ui" updates, which will be better suited to image content pretty much everywhere, REAGL or not.

PS: (Almost 💯 commits! :D)

Martín Fernández 1e69fae7bc [feat] Add support for BQ/Fnac devices (#4294)
Adds support for devices found in https://blog.bq.com/es/bq-ereaders-developers-program/. Tested on BQ Cervantes 4 (last BQ device from 2017).

It adds a new touch input event handler (discussed in #4275) which should work on other single touch devices (ie: Kobo Touch, Mini, Glo, Aura HD) but wasn't tested.

Includes base bump with: [feat] Add BQ/Fnac device support (https://github.com/koreader/koreader-base/pull/745)
