Copy /efi/boot/bootx64.efi (from Windows ISO) to /EFI/BOOT_WINDOWS/
bootx64.efi in usb (to avoid grub's /efi/boot/bootx64.efi). In UEFI
mode, chainload it instead of bootmgr.efi.
